注塑机换料流程【大全】

注塑机生产过程中,换料转色清洗炮筒是一个重要的环节。炮筒清洗得干净与否,直接影响产品的外观质量;清洗炮筒的快慢,影响到生产效率;清洗炮筒的方法正确与否,则会影响清洗炮筒的工作质量。

加料

1、加料前确认待加原料是否干燥、拌色是否均匀、并且材料无污染;                                                                                                                           2、确认机器使用原料与待加料材料类型、拌料比例、颜色等是否一致;                                                                                                                                   3、检查盛装原料用具是否粘附灰尘、脏污等,避免对原材料造成污染;                                                                                                                      4、加料过程中注意不得有原料颗粒洒出,加料完毕后及时盖好盖子;                                                                                                                                                     5、盛装原料用具放回指定位置,加料后周边位置清洁。

换料:

1、清空料斗中所有原料,螺杆内材料全部生产结束,直至清射干净;                                                                                                                       2、用抹布、酒精和气枪对料斗内部清洁,磁力架、侧料斗、缝隙处清洁;                                                                                                                                   3、用手或白布检查料斗内壁是否清洁干净,有脏污、料粉需及时处理;                                                                                                                                     4、清理完毕后,投入待生产用料。

5先将原有物料清理干净,然后用气枪、酒精、白布清洁干燥筒内壁;                                                                                                                                                     清洁完毕后加入需要干燥的原料,并设定相应温度;                                                                                                                                       换料后,及时开启电源开关,设定该原材料相应温度进行烘料。

螺杆清理:

1、高温转低温时螺杆内材料清空,投入新料后渐降低成型温度,迅速射出;                                                                                                                                                             2、低温转高温时螺杆内材料清空,投入新料后渐升高成型温度,迅速射出;                                                                                                  3、转换材料时,材料在螺杆内停留时间不得超出三分钟;                                                                                                                                                                                   4、温差较大时,中间需要用PP料过渡冲洗,防止低温材料分料;                                                                                                                                            5、螺杆内不得残留原料、HIPS、麦香秸秆、竹纤维料停机时必须用PP料冲洗螺杆后停机。

注意事项:

1、干燥筒加料时必须用小楼梯作为载体支点将原料倒入,防止因过高而造成原料洒出筒外;                                                                                                                        2、地面上时刻保持清洁,不得有颗粒及油渍、水渍,防止加料过程中引起滑倒工伤事故;                                                                                                                    3、加料时不得强行用双手将原料举高倒入筒内,容易造成加料人员扭挫伤或跌落造成事故;                                                                                                                                                      4、加料人员在加料中不允许穿拖鞋或不带防滑纹的鞋子进入注塑工作区域。                                                                                                                      5、原料袋及时封口,有袋子破损时及时更换,封口时使用封口机;                                                                                                                              6、剩余未使用完毕的原料应注明清楚,放至指定位置处存放。
